How we use your details

This page explains what Riverside Pickleball Court keeps when you use this website, and what it is used for.

What we collect

When you book a court: your name, mobile number and email, with the court, day, hours and amount of the booking, and the names of the players you list.
When you join a match or register a team: the names you enter and a mobile number.
Nothing else. We do not take card or wallet details; the GCash payment is made from your own GCash app.

What it is used for

To hold your booking, confirm your payment and reach you if something about the booking changes.
To send your receipt and booking confirmation by email.
To send news and offers from the court by email, now and then. Every such email has a link that stops them; one tap and you are off the list.
Your name, and the names of the players you list, are shown on the booking calendar on your booked hours, so everyone can see who has the court. For a match, your name is shown on that match's page so the host and other players know who is in. Your mobile number and email are never shown.

Who sees it

The owner and the staff of Riverside Pickleball Court, through a password-protected dashboard, and the people who build and maintain this website on the venue's behalf. Details are not sold or passed to anyone else. The website runs on hosting and email services that process the data on the venue's instructions.

Your choices

To stop the news emails, use the link in any of them. To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it removed, write to riversidepickleballcourttandag@gmail.com. Booking records that the venue needs for its own accounts are kept as long as the law requires.
