Refund & Cancellation Policy
Riverside Pickleball Court. In force from October 5, 2026.
1. All bookings are non-refundable.
Once a booking is confirmed, the payment cannot be refunded due to cancellation, no-show, or change of plans.
2. Rescheduling.
Customers may request to reschedule their booking, subject to court availability and applicable rescheduling rules.
3. Typhoon and Calamities.
In the event of a typhoon, severe weather, natural disaster, government-mandated closure, or other circumstances beyond our control that prevent the court from operating, the booking may be rescheduled to another available date.
4. Court Closure.
If Riverside Pickleball Court is unable to operate due to unforeseen circumstances, affected bookings may be transferred to another available date.
5. Early Departure.
Leaving before the end of the reserved playing period does not entitle the customer to a refund or credit.
By confirming a booking, we acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You accept this and the Player Waiver, Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability when you reserve a court on this website. Riverside Pickleball Court, Balilahan Road, Brgy. Mabua, Tandag City, Surigao del Sur.
